SEFTON-ASHLEY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBf GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the KOwai County Council held on the 6th day of August, 1948. a Resolution was passed, the object or purport of which is hereunder set out and will be submitted for confirmation as a special order at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on the 10th day pf September, 1948, at the hour of 10 a.m.. at the County Council Office, Balcairn. The object or purport of the said Resolution is to constitute the area of land within the County edged with green on the plan deposited at the Council Office and referred to in the Petition to the Council by John Maguire and others bearing date the 26th day of June. 1948. a Drainage District to be known ; as "The Sefton-Ashley Drainage District” for the construction of drainage works therein. The said drainage district will be constituted on the 11th day of September. A copy of the said Resolution is deposited at the office of the County Council, Balcairn, and is open for the inspection of the public during office hours until the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the 10th day of September. 1948.
