URBAN LAND SALES COMMITTEE

The Christchurch Urban Land Sales Committee approved three sales of houses and reserved decision on the sale of another yesterday. The sum of £425 sought by H. E. The sale of the house, from William Henry Simpson to Ronald Alexander Kirkwood, whs approved at £lB7O. Decision was reserved when Viola C. Lane sought permission to sell to Padriac R. Barrer a house at 55 Oxley street. St. Albans. For the Crown. Mr R. Walker valued the property at £575, while the vendor’s valuation, made by Mr N. H. McCrostie, was £645.
