AIR DISASTER AT GATOW
ANOTHER NOTE SENT TO MOSCOW (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, July 17. Reuter’s correspondent in Moscow says that the British Embassy in Moscow has delivered another. Note to the Soviet Government on the subiect of compensation for the Gatow air disaster in which 15 persons lost their lives in a Viking aircraft after a collision with a Yak fighter. The Soviet reply to the first Note rejected the British claim for compensation and submitted counter-claims. According to a well-informed source, Britain will lake the case to the International Court of Justice at The Hague if the Soviet Government continues to refuse to pay compensation. FOUR POWER RULE IN AUSTRIA VIENNA. July 16.
