j TERMS FOR SETTLING DISPUTE ■ (Rec 7 p.m.) NEW DELJII, July 15. The Deputy Prime Minister of India (Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel) indicated ; to-day that the terms offered by India to the State of Hyderabad to settle the accession dispute during Earl Mountbatten’s Governor-Generalship, were • no longer open. A settlement with the Nizam would now have to be on the lines of settle, merit with other States, and no help from outside would avail him, sak | Sardar Patel.
