SHIP’S MASTER FINED
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 16. For allowing oil to escape into Wellington harbour, contrary to the Oil in Territorial Waters Act. Frederick Newman Johnston, master of the Trojan Star, was fined £l2 by Mr A. M. Goulding, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day.
