Trams Held Up.— Tramway services in some areas of Christchurch were held up for about 10 minutes shortly after 11.30 o’clock yesterday morning, because or a power failure. Minor congestion of traffic occurred in the centre of the city, but the power was restored before much inconvenience had been caused to passengers.
