PURSUANT to the regulations of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, notice is hereby given that the Christchurch Tramway Board proposes at a meeting to be held on March 31, 1948. to consider a motion. to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for sanction to borrow the sum of £1,350,000 for the purposes of modernising the Christchurch tramway system.
