MAN’S ARM INJURED IN PRINTING PRESS Charles William Benton, of 44 Rawson street, New Brighton, suffered injuries to an arm and hand when his arm was caught between an inking roller and a cylinder of the printing press at “The Press” office early yesterday morning. He was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital at 2.30 a.m. His condition was reported to be satisfactory last evening. CYCLIST INJURED When his bicycle came into collision with a truck at the corner of Brougham arid Colombo streets yesterday afternoon, Colin Bellingham, of 43 Hawford road, Opawa, suffered abrasions to a knee, an elbow, and a hand, and concussion. He was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital at 4.30 p.m. His condition last evening was reported as satisfactory. YOUTH INJURED When his bicycle ran into another bicycle lying on the road last evening, Kenneth Walter Jackson, aged 16, of 59 Wyon street, Linwood, suffered facial and head injuries. He was admitted to the Christchurch Publie Hospital at 8.40 o’clock. His condition was reported to be satisfactory last evening.
