New Zealand Exports
A prediction that New Zealand’s exports this year would be between £130,000,000 and £140,000,000 was made last evening by the president of the Associated Chambers of Commerce (Mr Haskell Anderson) to the annual conference of the chambers in Dunedin. “Our wool clip will be of record value,” he said. “We will export an increased quantity, both in weight and numbers, of lamb and frozen mutton, and our butter production and output of cheese will be greater.”
