PURSUANT to Section 76 of the “Rating Act, 1925,’’ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that ah additional TEN PER CENTUM (10 per* cent.) will be added to all rates for the year ending 31st March, 1948, remaining unpaid after Monday, 29th March, 1948. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all trapping, shooting and hunting of rabbits, whether with dogs or otherwise, within all country in the Hurunui Rabbit Board’s area defined as under, is PROHIBITED for a period of six months from 24th March, 1948. The main road from the Hurunui bridge to Waikari, on the mam highway from Waikari to Waitohi Gorge bridge, thence down the main stream to the Hurunui river, thence back to tne Hurunui bridge. And while such prohibition remains in force, any person who does any of the. acts prohibited, and any person who causes or suffers any other person not so exempted to do any such acts shall be deemed to have committed a breach of these regulations.
