SEVEN NATIONS ACCEPT INVITATION (Rec. 7 p.m.) PARIS, March 6. The French Foreign Office announced that Italy. Belgium. Norway, Luxemburg, Sweden, Turkey and Greece had accepted the British and French invitations to the Marshall Plan conference in Paris on March 15.
