NATIONALISATION IN RUMANIA
PROPOSALS UNDER NEW CONSTITUTION (Rec. 7 p.m.) BUCHAREST, March «. Rumania will nationalise its mines, transport, and oil and its telegraph, telephone, aneb radio services under a new Republican Constitution to be put before the Constituent Assembly on April 6. Religiou# bodies wijl lose the right to maintain their own schools.
