Second round: Mrs Grant beat Mrs Martin, 26-11; Mrs Maddren beat Mrs Middleton. 26-*2l; Mrs Crawford beat Mrs Dunn, 26-21. Semifinal: Mrs Kirk beat Mrs Gilbert, 26-9; Mrs Palmer beat Mrs Grant, 26-16. Handicap Doubles Mesdames McCracken and Stockdale beat Mesdames Dunn and James, 26-17; Mrs Bonar and Miss McDowell beat Mesdames Kirk and Boothroyd, 26-23; Mrs Penn and Miss Dunn beat H.
