CHARTERIS BAY YACHT CLCB There was -a light southerly wind which died away to a calm on Sunday afternoon, when the Charteris Bay Yacht Club held, the second race for the Coombes Cup The race started at 237 p.m. and the placed boats were:—Manly (P. Brown) 2Jmin. 4.51.34. i; Tamaki (B. Smart). 7min, 4.57.14, 2; Raeonie (E. Sinclair), limin, 5.0.6, 3; Kismet (F. Mackay). 2min, 5.3.52.
