INDIA, BRITAIN, AND NEPAL AGREE (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 10Reuters New Delhi correspondent says that the Prime Minister of India (Pandit Nehru) announced in the Constituent Assembly that India, Nepal, and Britain had signed an agreement enabling Gurkha officers and men to continue serving in the Indian and British Armies. Nepal had agreed to the recruiting by Britain of enough men to maintain eight battalions.
