DELHI POLICE FIRE ON MILL HANDS
(Rec. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 9. Reuters New Delhi correspondent says that the police fired to disperse workers from the Birla textile mills, and killed one of them. The workers had gathered outside the manager’s office, demanding an increase in their cost of living allowance.
