CANADIAN SCIENTIST FOUND GUILTY
CONSPIRACY TO REVEAL SECRETS '
MONTREAL. December 7. A jury last night found Dr. Raymond Boyer, qpe of the scientists responsible for the deadly explosive, RDjC and a former ptfef«M®r of MeGill University, guilty of conspiring to reveal RDX secrets to the Soviet union. His was the last case to he tried of those arising from the Canadian spy ring exposure which resulted from statements by a former code clerk in the Russian Embassy at Ottawa. The Judge committed Boyer to custody until Tuesday when, presumably, he will pass sentence. Defence counsel announced that he Would appeal against'the conviction.
