Speeding Cargo for Britain
To speed up the handling of cargo in the Aid for Britain campaign, 25,000 square feet of space have been made available by the War Assets Realisation Board in its Halsey street store on the Auckland waterfront, reports “Aid for Britain,” the publication of the national council of the Aid for Britain movement. The shed, which was used formerly for the storage of surplus American Army material, will be brought into immediate use by the Cargo Control Commission.
