The University invites applications for British Council Scholarships. These will provide a maximum of £350 for the purpose of one academic year of study in Britain, but applicants may be required to supplement from their own resources such award as may be made, if the Council offers a smaller sum. The scholarships are open to young men and women who are of British birth and who have gained either University Degrees or other high professional qualifications. At a meeting of the Leithfield Domain Board held on the 12th Octobet, 1947, it was resolved that the sanitation charge be increased to £2 Ils per pan per annum, as from the Ist December, 1947. The above charge will now include a weekly service throughout the year. It was also resolved that Camping Fees be as follows:—Caravan or Tent, 2s per night, or 10s per week.
