ELDERLY WOMAN INJURED
An elderly woman, Mrs Ella Greerson, of 7 Phillip street, Linwood, suffered a fractured leg when she was struck by a car at the corner of Colombo and Cashel streets at 5.30 p.m. yesterday. She was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital, where her condition last evening was reported to be serious.
