Steamer Fares Increased.—The Anchor Shipping snd Foundry Company has announced that passenger fares in the Wellington-Nelson service will be increased by 2s 6d from November 11. This is a 10 per cent, increase on the present rate. The two Anchor Company passenger steamers are the Matangi and the Arahura.—(P.A.)
