OFFICIALS RESIGN IN LYONS
REFUSAL TO SERVE WITH DE GAULLISTS
(Rec. 7 p.m.) PARIS. October 28. Foot of the recently-elected Communist officials of Lyons have resigned. They said they refuse to serve in the same municipal administration as the de Gaullists and would not collaborate with enemies of the Republic and supporters of a personal dictatorship which endangered the very independence "of the nation.
