NO CONSIDERATION GIVEN TO WITHDRAWAL (P.A.) WELLINGTON, October 6. “No consideration has been given to the question of the withdrawal of the New Zealand forces from Japan ’’ said the Minister of Defence (Mr F. Jones) when a cable message from Tokyo announcing the United Kingdom's decision to withdraw all its forces from the British Commonwealth Occupation Force was referred to him to-day.
