UNDEFENDED DIVORCE PETITIONS
A decree nisi was granted by Mr Justice Fleming in the Supreme Court yesterday to the petitioner in each of the following undefended divorce cases, on the grounds stated. Hie petitioner is named first in each instance:— Separation.—Alice Mary Josephine Ford (Mr G. C. Weston) v. John Francis Ford; Olaga Bernice Waters (Mr A. C. Brassington) ~ stanle y Waters; Mary Ellen West (Mr K. J. McMenamin) v. George Isaac West; Gordon Douglas Vincent (Mr J. A. Kennedy) v. Elizabeth Tamai Vincent. Failure to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights.—John White Anderson (Mr J. A. Kennedy) v. Thelma Doreen Anderson. Adultery.—Joseph Victor William Williams (Mr R. A. Young) v. Rita Frances Williams (Mr R. A. Cuthbert) and Thomas Shirley, named as co-respondent; Myra Maude Forsyth (Mr R. A. Young) v. Alex-' ander Forsyth.
Restitution of Conjugal Rights Morris David Jack Lanyon (Mr J A Kennedy) petitioned for a decree for restitution of conjugal rights against Kathleen Elizabeth Lanyon. A decree for restitution within 14—days was granted
