One firm of land agents received about 60 inquiries for three bungalows, and two were sold before 11 o’clock yesterday morning. Two of the houses were in New Brighton, and the other was on Huntsbury Hill, the prices being £lBOO. £l9OO, and £2050 respectively. Another firm received 12 inquiries for two bungalows, which were sold soon after, the advertisement had appeared. and inquiries were still being received yesterday. Most of the inquiries were for a bungalow priced at £2400, while the others were for a house in New Brighton offered at £1750 with the advice that prompt inquiry was necessary. Twelve inquiries were also received for a new bunaglow near the New Brighton racecourse, which was offered privately at £lBOO, and sold on Tuesday evening, the advertisement having appeared in the morning. .
