TOURS TO BE DISCUSSED IN LONDON NEXT YEAR (P.A ) AUCKLAND. September 29. Mr W Arcus, secretary of the Wellington Football Association, who returned by Pan American Clipper to-day, said he had discussed with English officials ways of improving xhe standard of football in New Zealand. A conference would be called in London at the time of the Olympic Games next year of delegates from constituent countries of the British Commonwealth at which plans, of reciprocal tours of teams from the countries represented wotild be considered.
