Feather: C. King. Light: K. Jenkins. Welter: N. Stanley. Middle: P. Cochrane Light-heavy: B. Clarke. Heavy: J. Hopeta. Otago.—Bantam-weight: J. Drew. Feather: R. Keen. Light: C. Kerr. Welter: J, Beale. Middle: R. Choquee. Heavy: K. Skinner. Whangarei.—Light-weight: M. McNay. Welter: M. Kahn. ' Waimate.— Feather-weight: L. Prue. Fly: D. Lewis. Light: R. Sadler. Welter and middle: N. McDonald. The selection of the Canterbury team has not been announced, although J. O’Connor (fly-weight). J. Musson (welter), and J. Tagelagi (light-heavy) are announced as certainties for the team. It is expected that entries from 30 boxing associations will be received, the number including those from Hutt Valley, Taranaki, Manawatu, Greymouth, Hamilton, Hawke’s Bay. Gisborne and Marlborough.
