PROSPECTUS FOR NEW COMPANY

SUPERIOR BRICKS, LTD. The prospectus has been issued of Supapldr B lL cks ’ Ltd - a Wallington coman authorised capital of £150,000 100,000 £1 shares of which are subscription. 50.000 £1 shares being held in reserve. There is payable on application 2s 6d a share, and a further sum of 2s 6d on allotment. The balance is payable in calls of not more than as a share, at intervals of not less than one month. The objects of the company are to establish at Tawa Flat a works for the manufacture of (1) firstgra a® building bricks: (2) slotted bricks suitable for vertical steel reinforcing of brickwork; (3) variety shaped bricks of all types; (4) insulating light-weight bricks; (3) splay, bullnose, chamfer and paving bricks, kerbing blocks, and other clay products not being supplied at the present time.

The expenses covering kilns, machinery, rails, trucks, buildings, land, and preliminary expenses are estimated at £lOO,OOO. The estimated net profit on a capital of £lOO.OOO is £8625. It is noted that working capital will be arranged through bank overdraft.
