KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR
When he was knocked down by a car at the corner of Durham and Victoria streets last evening, Peter Vincent, an elderly man, had an arm fractured. He was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital, and was reported to be on the seriously ill list later last evening.
