(Rec. 7 j).m.) PARIS, August 24. A majority of the members of the European Co-operation Committee, citer a three-day study of the proposed European customs union, favoured the proposal. Britain damned that her position was a special One because of her Imperial preference commitments. Only Norway and Sweden voted against a motion that a special body should be established to study the idea.
