FIRE BRIGADE AWARDS The following service awards were presented at the Lyttelton Volunteer Fire Brigade’s annual dance on Saturday evening by Cr. C. A. Bridger (chairman of the fire prevention committee of the Lyttelton Borough Council):—Fireman E. S. Carson, two year.< silver bar (making 15 years’ service); Fireman C. J. Beckett, two years’ silver badge <ll years’ service); and Fireman D. F. Fyfe, five years’ service medal.
