JUGOSLAVIA AND BULGARIA
COMMUNIQUE ISSUED
ON TALKS (Rec. 10.10 p.m.) BELGRADE, Aug. 3. The Jugoslav and Bulgarian Governments. in a joint communique, announce an agreement which includes a mutual-assistance pact and provides for full economic, political, and cultural co-operation.
Jugoslavia gives up £6,250.000 worth of reparations due to her from Bulgaria under the peace treaty;
