BROWN, District Land Registrar. 9078 MALVERN ELECTRIC POWER BOARD NOTICE is hereby given that the Malvern Electric Power Board proposes at its next meeting, to be held on the 15th day of August, 1947, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing from time to time as required, a sum not exceeding in total twenty thousand pounds for the purpose of extensions to the electric lines under the Rural Electrical Reticulation Subsidy Scheme. The security for such loan shall be a Special Rate of seven-fortieths (7/40ths) of a penny in the pound on the rateable capital value of all rateable property in the Malvern Electric Power District. It is anticipated that the revenue derived from such extensions to the electric works will be sufficient to meet the loan charges incurred without recourse to the security rate.
