ASSISTANT LECTURERS IN PHYSICS (3). —Applications are invited for the abovementioned positions and must be forwarded to reach the Registrar, University of Queensland, Brisbane, not later than the 18th October, 1947. Applicants must hold an honours degree and be well qualified in Physics. The normal salary range attached to each Assistant Lectureship is £A4SO per annum minimum and £A575 per annum maximum, but payments are subject to cost of living fluctuations. At present they are subject to the addition of £A6O 10s per annum cost of living allowance. The rate of commencing salary within the above-men-tioned range will depend upon the qualifications of the appointee Travelling and removal expenses to Brisbane will be allowed within certain limits.
