Here is just one of the many delicious tarts you can make with FetherFlake: ORANGE TART: 6oz Fether-Flake, 1 egg, 1 orange (grated rind and juice), 1 slightly heaped tablespoon cornflour, i pint water, 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake the Fether-Flake on a plate. Mix the cornflour smooth with the orange juice, put all ingredients except the egg into a saucepan, bring to the boil and then add the yolk of the egg. Pour into the Fether-Flake case, cover with meringue made with beaten egg white and 1 tablespoon sugar. Brown in cool oven.
