DISCHARGE FROM BANKRUPTCY
A motion for the discharge from bankruptcy of Harry Molen Sarchett (Mr V. G. Spiller) was heard by Mr Justice Fleming in the Supreme Court yesterday. His Honour said that the Official Assignee’s report stated that bankrupt’s position was brought about by misfortune, and his discharge would be granted.
