MAN FOUND DROWNED IN TE MOANA CREEK
From Our Own Reporter GERALDINE, July 24. William Murphy, aged between 50 to 55 years, formerly of Christchurch, was found drowned in a creek at Te Moana this morning. A brother, Mr R. Murphy, found the body about 9 a.m. He reported that a rope round Murphy’s neck was attached to a wheel.
