Notifiable Diseases.— Four deaths, three being in Canterbury and one on the West Coast, from tuberculosis, were reported to the Health Department for the week ended on Monday. Cases of diseases notified were:—Canterbury: scarlet fever 3. diphtheria 1, tuberculosis 3. puerperal sepsis 1, eclampsia 1, erysipelas 1. West Coast; tuberculosis 2, eclampsia 1.
