MR C. O. BELL ELECTED PRESIDENT (P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 18. The following officers were elected at the annual conference of the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association:—president. Mr C. O. Bell (.Wellington); past-president, Mr B. J. Jacobs (Palmerston North); vice-pre-sident, Major-General H. K. Kippenberger (Wellington); hon. treasurer, Mr E. C. Hale (Wellington).
