THURSDAY (Before Mr Raymond Ferner, S.M.) REMANDED s Alfred Walter Gilling, aged 19 years, and Kenneth Maxwell Ward, aged 19, were remanded to appear on May 13 on charges of conversion of a car valued at £3OO, the property of Lloyd Edward Thorne, a car valued at £3OO the property of William Arthur Wingham, and with the theft of medical supplies of a total value of £2 12s 2d, the property of the New Zealand Government Railways. JUDGMENT SUMMONS On a judgment summons, T. R. Mooney was ordered to pay Kevin John McMenamin, £8 4s forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
