RICCARTON CLUB AWARDS TROPHIES Presenting the trophies at an end-of-season social and dance, the president of the Riccarton Amateur Swimming Club (Mr J. J. Keene) said that the last season had been one of the most successful in the club’s history. The following were trophy winners:— 50 yards senior women’s breaststroke. Miss M. MacDonald; 50 yards senior women’s freestyle Miss C. Dwyer; 25 yards senior women’s breaststroke, Mrs G. Ward; 440 yards men’s freestyle, R. Henderson;. 220 yards senior men’s freestyle, R. Henderson; 100 yards senior men’s breaststroke, T. Newnham; 100 yards senior men’s freestyle, T. Newnham; 50 yards senior men’s freestyle, D. Ailingham; 50 yards senior men’s backstroke, D. Allingham; 25 yards senior men's freestyle, T. MacDonald; senior men’s aggregate cup, D. Allingham; 100 yards intermediate boys’ freestyle, J. Fenn; 50 yards intermediate boys’ freestyle, I. MacDonald; 50 yards Intermediate boys’ breaststroke, B Newnham; 25 yards intermedia ate boys’ backstroke, J. Fenn; intermediate aggregate cup, J. Fenn; 50 yards junior girls’ freestyle. Miss C. Dwyer; 50 yards junior boys’ freestyle, E. Bullmore; junior aggregate cup, Miss M. MacDonald; open dive cup, T, MacDonald.
