NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Sections 65 to 68 inclusive of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, and Section 54 of the Rating Act, 1925, and all amendments thereto respectively, that it is the intention of the Board at its next meeting to be held on the 22nd day of May, 1947, to make and levy a general rate per acre varying in the different parts of its district for, the period commencing Ist April. 1947, and ending on 31st March, 1948, and such rate shall be levied on all persons whose names appear on the Ratepayers’ Roll 1 deposited in the Board’s office, care Messrs J.
