Arising from a report of the Selwyn v-ounty Council, ward II counties will “ r § e . the New Zealand Counties’ ‘association to recommend that a * r , d . s y stern of plant costing be adopted in the Dominion for the guidance of counties hiring heavy machinery for constructional work. Allowance should be made for work in difficult conditions, it was stated.
