Information received at a meeting of the Canterbury Football Association last evening indicated that the greatest difficulties in the way of the proposed tour of a South African team now in Australia were financial ones. It was estimated that £825 would be needed from Canter< bury for two matches. No tentative itinerary had been arranged and more definite news was expected in a few days.
