LEND-LEASE ACCOUNT
NEGOTIATIONS FOR SETTLEMENT RUSSIA AGREES TO TALKS IN WASHINGTON (Rec. 10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 14. Russia has agreed to negotiate a settlement of her 11,000.000.000 dollar lend-lease account, says the United States State Department.
