TEN-MINUTE STRIKE TO BE HELD
(Rec. 7 p.m.) BERLIN, April 13. Five hundred thousand workers in Berlin intend to strike for 10 minutes to-morrow because a denazification court in the British zone cleared Boor von Witzleben, a director of the Siemens works. Workers at the Siemens factory, numbering 20,000, will not join the strike.
