PRAISE BY VISITOR FROM AUSTRALIA Traffic manners in Christchurch would be an object-lesson to any Australian city, said Mr H. E. Holland at a luncheon meeting of the Christchurch Businessmen’s Club yesterday. He said he had not observed any cut-ting-in. Parking laws were obeyed, and pedestrians received every courtesy.
