BRITISH. WOOL INDUSTRY
USE OF EQUIPMENT IN GERMANY AGREEMENT SIGNED (Rec. 8 pan.) LONDON. March 17. It is announced that an agreement has been signed under which British woollen manufacturers will be able to use German scouring, combing, spinning. and weaving facilities. It is proposed to 'exchange raw materials and partly finished products so that in conjunction with the British woollen industry better use can be made of the facilities still existing in G Thp a textile correspondent -of the “Yorkshire Post” says it would be unwise to expect any considerable results from the agreement immediately but that over a term it should assist in relieving the present shortage of wgollen textiles.
