The primary schools competitions were continued at Wilding Park on Saturday, when boys’ matches were played. Results: A Grade.—South Christchurch A drew with Shirley Intermediate B, 27 games each; Shirley Intermediate A beat Cashmere. 28 games to 25; Addington Convent beat Burwood, 5-1; Bromley A beat East Christchurch A. 5-1; Cathedral Grammar beat St. Mary’s A. 6-0; Linwood Avenue v. Phillipstown and St. Albans A v. St. Andrew's College to be played later. B Grade.—Shirley Intermediate beat Xavier C 6-0; Opawa beat St. Mary’s B, 6-0 Bromley B beat East Christchurch B, 5-1; St. Albans B beat Addington Convent B by default; Xavier B beat Fendalton, 22 games to 18; Shirley Intermediate D beat South Christchurch B, 4-2; Phillipstown B v. St. Mary’s D to be played later.
