T. G. FOX CUP COLTS’ COMPETITION The results of the three rounds of the Christchurch Bowling Centre’s colts* singles championship for the T. G. Fox Cup, which were played on Saturday, were: Elmwood Green R.S.A. (K. Kiddey) 24, Opawa (R. Marsden) 12; Canterbury (A. L. Albertson) 22, Christchurch (M. A. Le Cren) 14; St. Albans (T. J. Edmonds) 17, Linwood (H. D. Duncan) 14. Second round: Albertson 18, Kiddey 12; Edmonds 26. Barrington (J. T. King) 13; Belfast (A. Chartres) 21. Edgeware (H. E. Kiddey) 13; Sydenham (C. Gibson) beat Kaiapoi W.M.C. (H. McArthur) by default. Third round: Albertson 19, Edmonds 9; Charters 18, Gibson 16. Spreydon Green First Round.—United (H. E. Logie) 22, Elmwood (R. L. CHAMPIONSHIP FOURS In the final of the Christchurch Bowling Centre’s championship fours on Saturday, United beat Shirley. 18-17. The United four was R. B. Clarke, R. C. Donaldson, T. Quirk, and J. M. Giles. The Shirley four was J. B. Johns. W. Cooke, S. Wheatley, and F. C. H. Williams. RICCARTON RACECOURSE CLUB A, three-bowl pairs match held by the Riccarton Racecourse Bowling Club during ladies' day on Saturday resulted in three wins each for Mesdames Cutta and Davies and Mesdames Brown and Dawson. The final was won by Mesdames Cutts and Davies 4 to 2. with Mesdames Brown and Dawson second. The lucky number was won by Mrs P. G. Clements and the best drawing shot by Mrs F. Williamson.
